“Pale lemon-green colour with tight bubbles. The bouquet is fine with delicate wild strawberry and red apple fruit and brioche character. Palate is elegant, lovely definition, very fresh with creamy mousse texture. Beautiful balance. Long, fine finish. A gem of a wine!”
