This tour focuses on the viticultural side of wine production. After an initial tour of the vineyards we will consider such issues as pruning, disease control and how we measure the ripeness of our grapes for the best quality fruit. You will gain a greater understanding of what it takes to make premium quality wine regardless of where it comes from in the world.

We booked this experience for August Bank Holiday and really enjoyed the tour. This is a friendly family run vineyard. The tour was interesting and the tastings were delicious. We stayed to enjoy a few more glasses on their beautiful terrace, which has stunning views of the downs. Definitely worth a visit.
