Bottling of the 2010 vintage is soon to commence which will see a new addition to the Upperton family. Nebula and Erubesco will be joined by Aurora from the 2010 vintage onwards. Chardonnay makes up 60% of the blend of Aurora giving it a very different feel and flavour to that of the Nebula which contains 33% Chardonnay. The wine already has real character but we will age it in our cellar till it reaches full potential.
